My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is convenient, close to the fairground and the airport, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I had an issue with the window not closing properly. The service was friendly, although a staff member seemed overwhelmed at times. The dining experience lacked variety, but the handmade pasta was a standout. Overall, the facilities were good, but I felt the price could have offered better value for money.
